The gentleman who worked with me was extremely kind and helpful, even chatting with me about college. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and ease with setting up my card.

Very helpful and amazing customer service. I've needed to extend my college student account and the staff there sat me down, explained everything and within ten minutes, my new account was set up with new cards and guided me through the mobile app. The transition was absolutely effortless and seamless. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Every time I come here the tellers are always so rude! They need to be trained in customer service because that is there job!!! Definitely going to change banks after how I was treated today.
