Very long wait times on the phone to speak with a representative.

I've been using Summit for over 5 years and they've always been good to me. They've serviced a past mortgage, auto, and personal loans of mine and I've never had any issues.n- Better rates than most of the other local credit unions as well.n- They have a sizable network of participating ATM's including most of the Wegman's stores.n- Wait times to meet with a representative are very short.

My favorite branch to visit. The staff is fantastic here. They are always helpful and efficient. One of the most personable financial branches you will ever enter.

This is the second time y’all gave me the incorrect Direct Deposit account number. My new debit card doesn’t even work and I just got it a month ago. I have gotten locked out of my app 4 times and I know my password. Stop playing with my $$.
