I have worked with Sherina, Anixa, and Evan and they are phenomenal people and bankers. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and I could tell they cared to give my wife and I the best banking experience overall. In my option this is the best branch of any bank in Rochester.

Maybe a little too chatty when there is a line of customers waiting.

They are a friendly group of bankers. When my Mom was injured last year, they were all concerned. They can help with all sorts of financial issues. We have been going there for years!
