I do most of my banking online but when I do visit this branch, I always have a good experience. James was excellent!
I called ahead and was able to make a same-day appointment for just an hour later. They served me promptly and provided great, friendly service, clearly explaining my options and helping me to get my business taken care of. The people who helped me were Nicole and Marianne, who both provided excellent service.
Went there to open an account. Stood there for 10 minutes and none of the staff even looked at me let alone greeted me. When I asked one of the associates for assistant she asked if I had an appointment. I said no and she said she’d check if they had one Available. Five minutes later - I left. Not doing my banking there. No thanks!!!
