Triple D Medical Transportation, LLC

This service just returned a resident to our community. It is 34 degrees outside with snow on the ground. The resident returned in a hospital gown, pajama bottoms, and socks...no blanket or even a sheet to protect from the freezing weather. The company stated they do not provide sheets or blankets. I would not recommend this company to transport anyone, let alone frail, fragile seniors.

It's ok, they have nice fleet of vehicles and seem to care for their clients. I haven't personally used their services for a full complete review so to be continued.....

They messed up my transport all month long. They also set pick up days when i had no appointments set. They kept sending me a wheel chair van when i kept asking for a normal van to get in. Telling drivers not to pick me up because i wont get into wheelchair van because i have limited mobility to climb into wheel chair van. Days i actually had appointment they didnt have me set up for pickup.
