Had some trouble with my account that was going to take ten business days to fix... (Really?) Manager Ann went above and beyond to help me resolve this matter quickly. She put forth the extra effort and checked in to make sure that I was ok.... Truly appreciate all she did. Also like to share a word of thanks to security. He helped me smile when my stress was at an all time high...The teller I spoke with was quick and courteous. The line moved quickly. Great team.

Place is Ridiculous can't even cash a check thats from there bank

I will never again go into this bank ever. The bank manager Debby lopa has a very bad attitude very snotty and not helpful. I came to her location in bulls head plaza about a problem with my account some payday loan people went into my account and took money 'ALOT'. I called customer service and they advised me that since no money was ever deposited into my account as the result of taking a loan they advise me to close that account , in which they froze it. And to open another since they still had my info they could continue to take money out. thats where she came in she refused to open another account and told me to go to another bank we'll send a check of whatever's in your account even refused to overide and give me $20 of my own money all while giving me soooooo much attitude and as a black woman it took all of me not to go off but knowing her kind that's what she wanted me to do so she can call the cops on me, but I knew I was in the right to I politely left. crazy right,after calling customer service again he put me on hold and spoke with her and came back in about 10 minutes and said im so very sorry that happen to you I dont think she took you very seruiosly and she in fact was very standoffish with me as well something is definitely bothering her today also every branch has the right to refuse to open an account for a person but with your situation where you were a victim why she refused you well were not going to go there if you know what I mean he stayed on the phone with me took the tempoary hold off so I could take 20 bucks out the ATM. hope she reads this and know im still with chase even got a little im sorry package from the higher ups,,, you suck DEBBY LOPA go to bed and wake up with a better attitude.
