Tompkins Bank of Castile in Chili Ny did nothing for me I am so hurting upset the person who was supposed to be my financial advisor canceled three appointments with me (Travis) and Cindy O'Grady never got a hold of me for a mortgage on a home and I have lost out on three homes due to this and it's been well over a month and a half . I even tried to reached out to her again today and still didn't get a call back I'm very disappointed in this Bank they lied to me telling me all the perks that I would receive and the services that they could provide I would recommend people shop around and do your research before using this Bank.

The bank advisor wanted me to provide more information than I needed for the type of service I wanted. I wanted to confirm it with corporate and they stated that wasn't true. I solely take my business to the Pittsford branch.
Its a community bank, the rating indicate it is no better or worse than any other community bank.
