Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

This little elderly woman's card got stuck in the machine right at 4:00 p.m. I know that they were closing but we kindly asked for help and they were really rude about it and refused to help her. They gave us a number to call that did not help either.

I found myself in a bit of a pickle on New Year's Eve, and after going to three separate banks, Bank of America was the only bank still open. They graciously helped me even though I didn't have an account there and they had no obligation to, and they really got me out of a bind.nnDefinitely made a great impression, and eventually when I end up changing banks, I'm going to look into opening an account with them. Thanks for the save, guys!

The bank charged me 8 dollars to cash a check drawn in their bank and would not allow me to open an account there to avoid the fee. They were rude about it as well. Will never go here again.

“They changed my day”. I was having a bad day today. I went to this place for get a New debit card, because I loose my card, but happened amazing things.
