I recently went in for outpatient surgery. This is not my first time here. My past experience with emergency surgery and planned procedures have all be great. This time was no difference. The pre-op staff were friendly and thorough. My wait was reasonable. The surgical staff were great and rather entertaining while I left the farm for my quick trip! Post op I was fed muffins, warmed and buttered plus anything I wanted to drink. It was a great experience in every way. Highly recommended.

I wish I could not put any stars do to the quality of this experience. This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. I have been in the medical field for about 6 years and have been to many different hospitals. I went there for just a cleaning of some impacted cerumen (ear wax) due to my regular doctor not excepting do to COVID. They put cerumen solvent in my ear and told me to lay there for about 15 minutes. A half hour later the doctor came in and asked the nurse if she wanted to do it. Not very confident the nurse declined and the doctor ended up doing it. Shoving a needle catheter in my ear poking every side of it being very painful. They eventually got the ear wax out and then sent me a bill for almost $700 dollars. Needless to say I will never be going there again.

Thank you to all of the ER staff. They were more than accommodating to me, my husband and 7 day old new born. Thankfully everything turned out ok! I appreciate the attentive care and responsiveness that was given to us.

The worst hospital staffing you could ever find or receive. Been sitting here for 6 hours for a severe shoulder injury and all I had was an x-ray done no MRI yet I was told I would get one done an hour ago. Just send me the hell home and give me a sling. Like Jesus this hospital is horrible.
