My initial meeting with Veronica was so helpful. She was incredibly thorough with explaining the process, upgrades, etc. Veronica was incredibly friendly and I really enjoyed meeting with her.
During the design process Jen was really responsive and did a great job designing what we hoped for in an announcement. I appreciated her suggestions and was very pleased with the design. Jen was also really friendly through emails and did a great job at customer service.
Once the final invitations were printed, the envelopes with addresses were AWESOME (I highly recommend getting addresses printed and they make the process seamless)!
We did have a challenge with printing that came up with some unclear expectations, but the leadership stepped up and I really appreciated their desire to get us invitations that would help us have the experience we hoped for!
I would recommend ProDigital and am impressed by their service and process.
