I'm pissed you guys charged me twice the managerntold me it happens all the time MANAGER TIM (buffalo ny Niagara FallsnBlvd location) tells me the money will be back on the card in 24 hours.nInstead of showing pending the next day it is now posted. So I call backnhim and his employees get nasty with me o. The phone and hang up. I am anVeteran of the UNITED STATES ARMY and I have six boys I planned onnschool shopping with this money now it has been 4 days still no refundnand I pissed. Not only have I never been treated so rude in my life butnI couldnt get my kids the things they needed for school. This reallynhurts as a vet I hate asking anyone for help. I'm strong willed andnminded and I pay attention to detail so when TIM THE MANAGER tells men24hrs I listen I hear I comply but now I see that I've been mislead andnit not only effects me but but my kids I'm pissed to the max. I wouldnnot take the time to even send this if I wasn't. Totally disgusted isn'tneven close to how I feel. And I'm going to explore every media outlet tonlet the public know how this company does business and treats Vets andnlies to consumers.
