I've always had a fascination with Tractors, so anytime I end up at a tractor store it's a pretty good day. Also the information I was able to receive while I was at Hobby Tractors was very helpful & successful. So I'm glad they were there & that they was willing to assist me with the issues I was having with my tractor.
They came on time. Were polite and knowledgeable. I was unable to get my tractor in gear. After talking to mechanics I thought my clutch had gone out. They were able to tweet it and it worked fine. Probably a locked gear. I will use them again.
We were in the market for a LS MT235H, been looking for sometime. Looking for the right deal. We live in Arizona, we called dealers here in AZ, CA and UT. After talking to many LS Dealers. I contacted Hobby Tractors spoke with Lance, immediately I liked his attitude. His patience with us was amazing, as we wanted loader and backhoe we came up with Deal that beat all the other dealers. Then we decided we wanted a trailer also, then we also wanted a scraper. Through all of this Lance was patience, not pushy, no attitude. After the purchase he has always answered our call and questions. If the rating had TEN STARS, I would definitely be placing TEN STARS.
If you are looking for a great place that sells and services tractors, then this is the place. The staff is incredibley knowledgeable and friendly. These people know their stuff.
Bought a tractor from Lance and couldn't be happier with the communication and customer service provided by Lance and his team. Fantastic place to do business. They followed through with everything that we spoke about and even came out to help us set up a harrow purchased with the tractor. Thank you Hobby Tractor!
