Everyone was very helpful didn't feel like they were going out of the way to help me
Customer service here is deplorable. The short fat manager lady is completely rude and acts bothered to help with anything. I'll be ordering chewy.com now, not to mention this store never seems to keep their shelves stocked.
The website is easy to navigate and pickup was easy too. The discount offered at the time was also an incentive.
I bought loose cans of dog food and the store has no bags. I had to make a return since my purchase was almost 2 cases of canned food. If you don't carry bags at least notify customers with a sign in the window or post a clear notice on the door.
I can't understand why Petco hours are so very short. All other pet stores in the area are open 9 til 9 everyday except Sundays. Opening at 10:30 AM, as Petco does, and closing at 7:30 is very inconvenient. I would give Petco 5 stars if they had more convenient hours.
