Pet Supplies Plus (Williamsville)

I normally go to the store on transit and they have been so wonderful to me for years. I was very excited when this location opened, because I work so close to the williamsville place plaza and I get my pet supplies from pet supplies plus. I spend a lot of money at pet supplies plus every year. I was absolutely upset after leaving and I have quite a bit of patience. I originally put the as a 1 star review, but I appreciate Chris' phone call after my review. He was very professional and apologetic. I may try this store again. Possibly

Pet Supplies Plus, while it is indeed a chain, feels much more like a small business than the other big pet chains. (This is a good thing!) Of the locations in the Buffalo area, the Williamsville location is by far the best. It is very new and modern looking and extremely clean. I was recently looking for a betta fish and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the one employee, being a big betta fan herself, was able to provide helpful insight. The prices are comparable to other chains, but if you want a betta right now, you should go here as they currently have an unbeatable sale going on!
