The appointment process has been refined expertly, impeccably and almost scientifically. Very little waiting time. Runs on time, regardless of time of day. The techs, nurses, staff are engaging and knowledgeable and compassionate.

This was my second time at this location. Both times were long waits but today was unacceptable. I arrived at 3:20 for a 3:30 appointment, and sat in the waiting room until around 4:45-4:50. I was taken back for my test and didn’t leave the facility until 6pm. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the wait is a little ridiculous. I left work early too to make sure I was on time. I wish if they were so backed up, they would either reschedule or call to let the patient know not to rush. I hope something can change because this is now the second appointment where I have waited a very long time.

Don’t go to Windsong Radiology! I’ve been going for breast exams every year until now. In May of 2019, I was over-charged for a mammogram and ultrasound that should have been covered under my normal insurance. The doctor told me the one side of my breast was not compressed enough so I would need to do another mammogram. This happened twice on the one side. The doctor did not also tell me there might be extra charges that my insurance would not cover. I called Windsong numerous times to get this straightened out, but I never received call backs. I had to keep calling and each time spoke to a different person who said they would look into it. Now here it is a year later and now my account has gone to collections. I had offered to pay for the one side of my breast that really did need an ultrasound, but refused to pay for a mammogram and ultrasound on the one side because the technicians didn’t compress my breast enough. They had me wait 3 hours and was scared to death to find out it was nothing. Don’t be scammed by Windsong! There are plenty other credible places to get a mammogram!

This time I went to there for a mammogram. The technician Lauren was very gentle and very good. A lot of times It was like a torture. She carefully marked down the scars due to the breast surgery. It should help the doctors to read the image. The doctor who read my image last time didn't read my medical history. She thought the scar was something suspicious.nnHopefully I will get somebody like Laura every time.

I saw Dr Andreessen. She is awesome. Great bedside manner. Took her time and answered all my questions and thoroughly explained everything.. all my options and outcomes. Upfront and honest. I had a lot of questions and I didn’t feel rushed. She prob spent a half hour with me. The tech that did my exam was great too. If you need a vein Dr ask for Dr Andreessen.
