If could give lower rating I would. The technician was polite and professional, however both times I have been there the receptionist is one of the rudest people I have met in my life. I work front counter at my place of employment and deal with people for 12 hours every day, this women might be best suited away from public interaction.

I have very good impressions after visiting Proscan office. The staff was friendly and efficient. My test was done without any delays and even earlier than my scheduled time. The MRI technician did everything to make me feel comfortable and relaxed during the test. Dr. Dhillon discussed in detail the results of the test and provided me with the images. The receptionists arranged a taxi to take me back to the airport. Next morning I received an email with Dr. Dhillon's official report. I highly recommend this office to those ones whose MRI is not covered by OHIP. My previous MRI which I had in Toronto was more expensive than in Proscan office.

I have been going to ProScan for many years. A couple days ago asked if I can have somebody go with me, to help lift me onto the table. I currently need to get around using a power scooter. I've been there before having the scooter and had no problem. Today, the day of they canceled me. I called and, they told me the reason they did that is because I had nobody to help me. I did have somebody to go with me and, I never told them I did not. I told them I would work on getting somebody. I did what they wanted and, they still canceled me the day of. They were very rude with me on the phone, even after I told them I had somebody to go with me. I dealt with Kim and, I was not very happy. I usually deal with Jill with no problem at all. Kim, however was a whole different personality. I don't know if this is what's going to happen in the future with other patients but, I have been basically told that I can never go back.

Drown down from Mississauga Canada for an MRI, the building and office were very clean, and not overcrowded. Patients are gove scrubs (more comfortable) rather than gowns with the back open. Overall well worth the money given the speed and quality of post MRI review. Which included an open discussion, a report and a CD Rom of the results.

We are from Canada and found this place online and had great experience! They take their time to explain your results and any questions you have. Highly recommend it.
