My fiancé and I delivered our second child here, first one was at Sisters hospital, what a night and day difference, we will not be going anywhere else if we have another one, they are the most accommodating, friendly, caring, respectful and understanding people I have ever met. I can’t say a single bad word about any staff member we’ve met there. They made my fiancé feel so comfortable during labor, a 100x better experience than Sisters. Just know Sabrina and I appreciate what you guys did for us more than words can explain!! They even went out of there way after we realized we forgot some stuff there to personally drop it off at our door step. They genuinely care, THANK YOU!!

The staff was very kind and caring but there are some serious issues with infrastructure. I waited nearly 6 hours to be brought back and checked on and it would likely have been longer if I hadn't had a breakdown because I was in such pain hat I couldn't handle it any longer.nThere really needs to be some kind of overflow proceedure in place, it is obscene that it would take that long to be checked out in an emergency room. I was in serious pain and they may not have had any idea but this seems completely unacceptable. Should there not be a way to bring additional staff or additional space to accommodate? Should they be turning people away if they can't handle it? Something definitely needs to be adjusted. I can't imagine the stress their staff is going through having to deal with the impatient patients. The patients by the way have every right when they feel like they came into the emergency room for help but can't get the time of day because all the staff can do is defer them and apologize and say a room isn't available for you yet. Crazy just crazy. Someone who can make some adjustments needs to make them. I have 4 kids and made the trip because I needed to, not because I wanted to, and when I had some way for my kids to be cared for, I was here for 13-14 hours!!nAnd in the end I was given the same diagnosis that I googled before I went into the emergency room. I did need the treatment and I'm not an expert so I let them do their process to determine the diagnosis but goodness if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it is probably a duck. I feel like much time, pain, money could have been saved in this process.

I was recently in the ER and my experience was a terrible one. I had to go to this hospital because my Dr did not go to any other hospital in the area. I went to the ER in horrific pain by ambulance. When I got there the hallways were full of people waiting to be seen in the ER. I was put in line on a gurney in one of those hallways. I was number 4. I was crying and hurting a lot well it seemed they had a busy night wait times were 7 hours then 3 hours. I was left in that hallway screaming in pain. Never looked at to see if my pain was critical or not. Never seen by anyone. I was upset and in pain yelling for help. I watched people get rooms in the ER that were sleeping and woke them up to take them to a room. It seems ones screaming pain should go in before a sleeping person.I got on that bad list they have. I was the very last one in all the hallways to get a room in the ER and another 2 hrs to be seen by a Dr. Was in the ER from 2 am Wednesday till Thursday late morning. When I asked the ambulance crew what are the wait times at Sisters' would be they said 2 1/2 hrs and how lucky I was to be going to Suburban. Yes real lucky. I know the ER has a lot to deal with and I have been in many ERs but this one was awful and if you can go to another ER I would go...I would run to another ER than this one. RNs have an attitude. Maybe if you are at the brick of death you will be seen first. As for me I survived this ordeal. A Shout out to the Second floor where room 280 is Thank you so much for your great care and kindness.

This hospital is great. From the staff at front desk, admissions, and surgery staff. I've been here several times and always, always treated well. Jason who works in surgery is so kind, down to earth and a great worker. I've been here several times with my children and my patients. Everytime Jason is great, I wish I knew his last name. Also Doctor Adams is one of the best doctors I've ever met. Not only is he talented and smart, he's also calm, kind and makes you feel at ease. Not only will you get top care in this hospital, you will also feel welcome. This is the top hospital in WNY. Keep up the great work ud83dudcaa

had a recent stay and found registration was quick. During my stay nurses, aides, doctors and everyone involved with the stay and discharge were polite and gave alot of attention. I would recommend this hospital.
