Sent golf cart to be repaired 2mo ago kept being told were next!!! Still not looked at or parts ordered. Picking it back up to take somewhere else!
Unorganized, incompetent and will make you jump through hoops for warranty work. The cost of jumping through the hoops outweighed the cost of the part. Cut my losses and went somewhere else.

Mark and Melissa were great to work with. Communication was great and they delivered my cart to my house! I had an issue with a part on my electric cart and they were quick to make the repair while keeping me updated throughout the process. Loving our new cart!
