TGI Fridays

The restaurant was rather nice and quite refreshing. I didn't have to dine in to know that the place was filled with both great service and pretty good meals. I can't wait to dine there again at some point in the future.

It was awful!!! The waitress was literally running, she was extremely hyper, we ordered the spinach artichoke dip that came with only about 8 chips and a spoonful of salsa. We asked for more chips to finish our dip, they weren't brought until AFTER we were delivered our entrees. My fried fish was half cooked and the breading was still raw. As were still eating on our dip, our waitress took it away assuming we were finished without asking us. They switched waitresses in between us being there and the first waitress left without introducing the second waitress. The second waitress went to refill our drinks and literally got wrong drinks. There was no interaction, no pride in service, nothing!!! It was like no one cared about us being there and for 2 glasses of tea, an appetizer, 2 entrees and paid $64. It was nothing worth that at all! We will not be back.

Food was good, service was good. Typical chain food. Our server was over worked but did well. Got a burger for take home that was ro be cooked medium rare but it was literally raw when i got around to eating it. Soft pretzel appetizer was amazing

No service. Stood in small I mean tiny waiting are with 12 other people who were also waiting for over 15mins just to give name and wait longer. No management direction. Just ended up leaving and going around the corner to Red Lobster where I was greeted immediately and sat right away

I was not very impressed with my visit today at this location. I thought the wait at the door was long with nobody ahead of us. But then noticed that they keep everyone that comes in waiting. Burger was over cooked fries not the best. Lots to improve on, staff was nice but trying to take care of more table's then she should have.
