I was trying to withdrawal money from the drive-thru ATM, I didn’t get the money nor receipt, the manager here couldn’t solve the problem, and she doesn’t want to admit that she doesn’t know,nSaying I don’t know or call someone with experience to help is not a shame, she just told me, call the customer service (the 800 number), and I knew the customer service aren’t able to help me with this issue, I called the customer service anyway, the first thing they told me, we are sorry but we can’t do anything for you.nI just ask myself, manager like her with no experience, who did she got this position.

Don’t bank here, don’t work here.. don’t do anything here.

Went to put ones in their drive thru atm to deposit. The atm took the money and said there was an error, it didn’t give me the money back or deposit it. Just printed an error slip. Had to go in a few days later to file a complaint. They told me I had to give a specific number even though I didn’t know. Got a letter in the mail a few days later saying that there was no evidence of an unprocessed deposit. Where’d my money go? Aren’t there cameras? I have a receipt that says error and picture of the screen telling me my money can’t be returned yet there’s no evidence? Will be taking further action.

I attempted to deposit money into the atm at this location and received an error message. The machine took the money and my account was not credited the cash. I went inside to file a claim and according to the teller this is a common problem when you attempt to deposit one dollar bills. Beware using this branch.

Nothing but bad experiences whenever I have to deal with M&T. Terrible bank and even more terrible employees. The customer service you receive from this bank is RIDICULOUS. Never will I bank or promote them. I’d give them 0 stars but you have to give them something to leave a comment...
