Came in here to open an account. Was greeted by a nice lady when I walked in who I assumed was the bank manager. But that's where the friendliness/helpfulness ended. The customer relations woman was cold, un-personable and pushy to add stuff to my account that I did not need. When she did try to be friendly to me it came off as being modeled and insincere.nnAfter my account was established she asked me to complete a survey later online which I did and gave my honest opinion. Several weeks later I get a call from the same lady during the middle of the day while at work. First, she asked if I received my bank card but then she went on asking why I did not give her the rating she wanted on the survey. Talk about rude. Then began to receive a call on my work phone and did not feel the need to explain my opinion so I hung up.nnWould not return to this branch ever again based on this experience.
It's easy to find and the ATM is outside.
