Sales team was awesome. They did not push me into anything bigger than I was looking for, and let me take all the time I wanted to make an informed decision on which hot tub was right for my family. The delivery crew was also excellent. Very quick and courteous, and very detailed on initial setup and maintenance of my hot tub. Will continue to shop at Hesselson's for all my hot tub and future needs.

While I am sure I didn’t get the best price, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient! I would have preferred not having to set it up myself, as it has taken quite a while for me to figure out the freshwater salt system. (This is my first hot tub).nSomeone on site to explain everything upon set up would have been super helpful.nOverall I am happy with my purchase, and I know I can call with questions and be confident with the advice.
