Over the years one thing not changed is the receptionist don't know what's going on or don't do their job good and talk to much while working and not pay attention. Train better Arnot. Communication is a problem as well. Make sure doctors, nurses, ect are communicating. When a patient has dementia or other issues the family should be contacted so they know what is going on. I get it gets busy but all it takes is a minute you can call when your in the patients room. When transferring that patient to another hospital make sure that other hospital also knows to contact the family member.

This is a hospital with typical doctors that don't care about older patients. Find a doctor that tells you they will do all they can for your parents and let them die naturally rather than give them morphine to hurry it up because they say it's going to happen anyway.

Arnot needs a huge change. Their patient care is horrific and borders on abusive. Do not go there for anything!!

If Tricare is your only insurance and you need x-rays, CT scan, ultrasound, etc, do not go to Arnot. The hospital participates in Tricare, but the radiologists do not. No one tells you this upfront and you end up with a surprise medical bill.

Your website says the lab is open 24 hours even on weekends. Due to having an emergency procedure I was asked to go have blood work drawn on a Sunday. Because I had a procedure done recently I am in a wheelchair and I am unable to bring in anyone to accompany me because of Covid. As I went all the way down to your facility on a Sunday as I was asked, only to find out they wanted me to go through the emergency department which I feel very unsafe doing. Then to be told that the lab was closed and I would have to go through the ED to have the lab work done. Your website is extremely misleading and false advertisement and should be changed immediately. I’m not sure why the service in your facility has gone so downhill over the last few decades, but your hospital is run nothing like it was years ago. Whatever has changed, change it back!
