Forte

Eclectic decor and amazing food in an unexpected location. Bar drinks were generous and well done. We shared a appetizer, skipped the salad and went directly to the main courses. Delicious. Prerfectly presented and VERY SUBSTANTIAL. Far more than we could consume. We ate our fill last night. And again tonight. And we still didn't eat it all. But we had dessert anyway. Try the bread pudding. Amazing.

Great restaurant! I felt like I was back in San Francisco eating at a fine dining location. Bree, the waitress was exceptional with her service and knowledge of the menu. I ordered salmon and rice, it was delectable!

So sorry to hear Forte is closing indefinitely. My family and I were in Jamestown from Boston last summer at the National Comedy Center and we had the great fortune to dine at Forte. EVERYTHING was spot on - the bar, the drinks, the service, our Server, the caliber of the entree’s, etc. I know Jamestown well as I was born and raised there. For Jamestown to lose a restaurant the caliber of any you would find in Boston, NYC and even Europe is a shame and a terrible loss. Best of everything to the staff and the Owner. I hope to hear soon that you have reopened again in the near future.

A very classy restaurant and bar for this area. We have heard nothing but good reviews about this place and decided to go here for our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed in the least. The server was extremely attentive but not overbearing. She also made solid recommendations on the food and wine that we ordered. The food and wine were both delicious. We highly recommend this place and will be coming back for more.
