Cattaraugus County Bank

Horrible bank both in Jamestown and Springville. Propper information is not supplied when refinancing. If they make a mistake, they move like a snail to fix it or don'tfix it. DON'T use their lawyer Tom Rickert, I'm out over $200 because of negligence. Bad hours HORRIBLE BANK!!

Awful customer service! Unhelpful, incompetent.

I am absolutely disgusted with this branch and will no longer be using it. The assistant manager of this Bank (even though I am in there once a week and have never had an overdraft or problem with any of my accounts) put a hold on a check for 9 days by choice which is making me miss my closing date on my house. There is no mandatory hold time it could be two days and she chose to do 9 so that I cannot by my house on time and may lose it. This is absolutely disgusting I've used them for over 10 years.
