The Christ Hospital Physicians - Hematology & Oncology

If you want overcharged this would be the doctor for you. I went in for a “doctors visit” to review test results and the Nurse practicer was in the room less than five minutes and got charged for a full appointment. When I called about it they continued to transfer me to different voicemails without ever letting me talk to someone that could help me which is very unprofessional in itself. I accidentally paid the bill in my chart because it popped up with another bill I had a payment plan for so they could care less because they already have the money they don’t deserve. They didn’t even run it through insurance or let me talk to someone to figure out why. I’ve called and left countless voicemails with yet no response. I paid over $300 for the Nurse practitioner to stay in the room LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES. When your own staff in the office comments on how there wasn’t a need for an appointment it’s probably means your just trying to find an excuse to get more money. This office is absolutely pathetic and cares about nothing more than money. Over two months of trying to get answer or at least get them to run it through insurance and still nothing but yet they are trying to charge me even more than the bill I already paid. Unprofessional. Not honest. And they only care about how much they can get from you. I should have listen to the family that told me how pathetic they were.nnI also have college education in OT and documenting and know that you can add a whole lot of bluff to what the appointment was actually about or how long it took. It’s easy to pull the camera and see how long she was actually in the room.nnI love every other doctor I have with Christ but this is absolutely pathetic!!!
