Toshiba has a strong brand and is know for exceptional products.nWe are very happy with the performance of the two copiers in our office.nGreat image quality for producing business plans and proposals, extremely reliable and very easy to use. We have two Toshiba copiers at our business and have been satisfied with both of them. Toshiba has been excellent at providing great customer service. Their technicians are quick at responding to any needs that we may have.

Anytime we have had any issues with our equipment it has been a quick and easy phone call to the operator, to get a technician to us right away. We have gotten same day service as well as next day. If it will be longer we have been notified of that. It is also very easy to order supplies and the customer service agents are always very helpful.

Brian and Eddie are fantastic! The equipment is top-notch and the service is exceptional. Their products meet and exceed our needs in every way. Randy - the service technician - is friendly, helpful and always quick to respond. Couldn't be happier with the professional service that Toshiba provides.
