Very disappointed with styles offered and quality. I ended up going the Walmaet in Vestal buying winter boots. Love the style the material the boots are made of and comfort. Comfort is the selling point. I can't believe Shoe Dept Encore had such poor quality footwear. Not just in boots offered, but dress shoes, casual wear as well. It was the first time I bought nothing! I hope they can turn things around or they may be the next business to close at the mall.

Good service and lots to choose from. Has a real nice clearance area also. Bought winter sneakers and dress boots for my daughter.
