My first time there to buy some presents. What a great place!! So much to choose from. I was not expecting to see such an assortment of just about everything you can think of! It's definitely the place to go if you have any kind of pet!

I love this store. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of products and can't beat the prices.

This used to be my favorite pet store, until yesterday when I drove 45 minutes from my house to shop here and we were turned away EXTREMELY RUDELY because of a power outage. I completely understood why we couldn't shop but the way they talked to us was absolutely unnecessary. Really disappointed. I normally don't pull a Karen and leave a review like this but I don't understand the need to be rude.
