M&T Bank

The worst bank I have used to date.nnFirst off, The woman (bank manager I assume) wouldn't let me use my old address to open an account (since I had just purchased a home) yet this old address was a very close relative.nnI finally opened the bank account and have now been waiting weeks to move money from my M&T account to another account I have but there transfer service has been down since January, it is now the beginning of April and still down. They suggested I try using Zelle, and have not been able to get it to work from their site even using there support staff who said it should go through.nThe only way I can get my money out, I believe at least, is to physically go there and pull it out. Unfortunately I have received a positive test for COVID and cannot do this. Thankfully I have enough money in my other accounts to cover my bills during this time.nnI highly suggest you stay away from M&T Bank as a whole and not just this location.

treat their members like a criminal when with drawling their own money.

Convenient location with a 24-hour ATM, including a drive-through ATM and a separate walk-up ATM on the other side of the building. Good location, no real complaints.

Needed to stop in to handle a family banking matter. Staff was professional and efficient. No problems or issues encountered.

Went there to get something notarized. Free and I don't even bank there
