Great staff. Very helpful and professional.
Remember when you were a kid and your mother would bring you along on her errands? I still can recall going to the bank with her. She was greeted by name and she and her favorite teller would talk about their shared passion for growing orchids. We were treated like PEOPLE. This is still the feeling that you get when you do business with Peoples' Bank. You are seen as an individual with individual needs. You are treated with respect and your membership in this community is acknowledged by other members of this community. What a nice change from the usual way that we end up doing business.
Awesome staff, great customer service and always greeded with a smile.
Poor customer service. Loan officers weren't told to put on their grown up panties before going to work. Disrespectful to customers. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.
