The employees are all very nice and helpfulnI purchased 2 bags of cat food one time from here and both bags were expired. So definitely check the dates of your pet food items. But I returned them and got a refund, no problem. Also seems like they run out of wet cat food fast, so if you see something you need soon or want to try, grab it then. Don't wait.

Today was my first time ever visiting a pet supplies plus store and the experience sure is different from PetCo and pet smart. I thought it was kinda weird I was greeted when I first walked into Pet Supplies Plus because I don’t get that at any other pet store. But then I quickly realized people here are just super friendly. Marylin cashed me out today she was super friendly and recommended something to help my dog which I didn’t think my dog would like as he is super picky but I decided to give it a try & he actually ate it! Thanks for the recommendation Marylin also thanks for the awesome customer service! I will definitely be back!

I always go here to get the one dry food my cat loves, Redfood Naturals. It is one of the few she is able to eat with all of her allergies. Bonus points that the staff in this store are always very friendly, readily available to assist and willing to answer questions I have about ingredients in can food or any other questions.

I took my two standard poodles to Allison today to be groomed. They were so overgrown, and overdue for grooming. Allyson did an amazing job!!! They look awesome and are so much more comfortable and content. She’s very patient and kind with dogs and people! She was very attentive and thorough. I will definitely be back for more grooming. Thank you!

The pet supplies plus is a good place to shop for your pets. However, they should emphasize more on stocking for customers. Over all I love the store and I would encourage my friends and family to shop there.
