This place is a nightmare to get in touch with. They sent me a bill after the recent birth of my son with a phone number on it that leads to a voicemail you never get a call back from after repeated messages. They note the patient portal which they don't receive the messages from- my doctor's office called me saying they got it. I called the hospital and was given multiple phone number referrals only to be told each time that they don't handle these accounts... I called here directly and they referred me back to the useless number on the bill. After making a complaint they finally took my insurance information, which they should have gotten at the hospital in the first place. This was their mistake that could have affected my credit. Please note: The hospital I went to was great, but says they have this problem all the time with this place.

Went here for 16 years the drs, nurses, and even reception were all amazing. Very compassionate, helpful, and caring. Now there’s new drs., nurses and staff who are super lazy can’t even call to get results for a sick child to get medication and sends everyone to on call instead of fitting them in to be seen for serious issues. For a physical needed for school they will try to schedule you a month out of your not willing to make your child miss school to be seen. Do not recommend them any longer very disgraceful place.

The female Doctor was great with my kids but when it came to the male doctor he over talked me and did not listen to a word I was saying. Then after leaving I receive a call days later with someone giving me completely different information. I was asking for suggestions and he rushed through seeing my kids after an hour long wait. We were there over 2 hours. The nurses are unprofessional and very unhappy with that practice. Very surprised they are even still open.

Everyone is very polite this place is clean and fun for our children to go to. The doctors listen and respect what parents say. This place is great.

I love everyone there but the triage nurse is very unprofessional when it comes to questions over the phone. I'm a first time mom so I have questions that I don't expect to be laughed at when I ask them. I love all of the doctors and other nurses.
