Owner completely unprofessional and has no patience for dealing with animals. She will smile to your face and say rude nasty comments the moment you are gone. The moment I dropped my dog off she started saying the most horrible things because she didn’t think I would hear but she left her shop windows open and I hadn’t gotten to my car yet! I could also hear her swear and curse out at her assistant as well. This has happened on multiple occasions where it makes me sick to my stomach that she thinks she can treat other people that way and the assistant is always someone new. I guess they can’t tolerate her behavior either because they don’t return like I won’t be returning...

A friend recommended this place to me and when I called I got told in a very curt manner that they’re not taking any new customers. I would’ve thought that right after a pandemic when businesses need customers they wouldn’t turn people away. Makes no sense to me and felt rude honestly.
