My date and I sat across the street from Blinkers Tavern on our first visit to downtown Covington for dinner, as I am from Louisville and she just moved to northern Kentucky. Another night we decided to visit Blinkers Tavern and are so glad we did! They have a wonderfully inviting cozy ambiance without a lot of distraction from big television screens on the walls ... allowing for enjoyable conversation while eating a delicious dinner. My New York strip was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious! The temperature, the texture, the appearance and the taste were all superb. My grilled zucchini and squash were also delicious. And the beef vegetable soup was the best I've tasted at a restaurant! I'd like to go back for just a bowl of that delicious soup with bread. The calamari served as an appetizer was three times as good as what my date and I experienced a couple weeks before at another establishment. I'm delighted my date and I visited Blinkers Tavern and I look forward to my next visit to northern Kentucky and a delicious meal in cozy, warm, friendly, professional Blinkers Tavern for dinner! Oh and the manager came by the table to ensure our evening had been satisfactory - that's always a nice touch. Thank you.

Came for late lunch/early dinner....my husband got the crab crusted filet and loved every bite, I had a bite of his Mac n cheese and it was pretty good! I got the French cut peach bourbon pork chop! OMG...SO it was out of this world!!! The crispy onions were a great touch! We also got the calamari appetizer was a bit over cooked but it happens..it was still pretty good! The service was OUTSTANDING! LOVED our server! Wished I remembered his name!

This place was amazing! My wife and I ate here when we were in KY for our anniversary. We both got the ribeye and were not disappointed! It was a big piece of meat cooked to our liking and a great sear on the outside!
