Fleet Feet Cincinnati - Oakley

I just had my first experience at Fleet Feet Cincinnati in Oakley and it was awesome! I made an appointment to be fitted for running shoes and Heather helped me. She was kind, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about running. She took time to answer my questions, gave me her honest opinions, and helped me find the most comfortable running shoes I have ever owned. I would highly recommend Fleet Feet Oakley, and Heather, to anyone who is looking for an excellent pair of running shoes and great customer service!

Good place to get custom fit running shoes. Their technology feels like it could be a bit of a dog and pony show to me, but it is fun and they sell good shoes. I've had my share of running injuries so I like getting assistance and recommendations when I get a new pair. You'll pay a little extra for the service though, these aren't bargain shoes.

I just left the store and had to write a review. I had a 30 minute appointment scheduled, but Ed spent over an hour with me. He was so kind and helped me find the right shoes for my feet— walking me through what he observed before he even took a scan, which the scan then backed up. I tried on multiple pairs of shoes, but the first pair he brought me were right on the money. He also gave me tips on how to better ice my knees and let me try on multiple accessories to help eliminate chronic pain. Cannot recommend this store and Ed enough!

Morgan was super helpful and gave great recommendations. Not easy on the wallet, but worth it to get the right fit and advice.
