Love this location! Super friendly staff, very clean store & love the self service bath. They supply multiple options for shampoo & towels. My dog hated baths before I brought her here. I do wish the blow dryer was stronger and had heat but besides that it's an amazing deal for a bath, either $10 for a bath but I buy the card when you get 5 baths for $25. Can't beat it!

I was greeted at the door which made me feel welcome. The staff were very friendly but not overwhelming. Overall the experience was very satisfying I was able to shop and find everything I needed for my dogs without someone following me around,but if I needed assistance the staff made theirselves available!! Thank you very much!!

Amazing customer service. All Of the employees there are extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I’ve never had experience adopting feral kittens and they have been so helpful with providing their expertise to help me ensure the health of my kittens ud83dude01 They will remember you by name. A lot of businesses don’t understand/care how much of an impact that makes when you remember your customer’s name, and remembering previous conversations and asking how the situation is going. Thanks for all your help to the whole staff!!
