The maternity department is amazing! Super mother/baby friendly! The nursers were friendly, caring and amazing! I had such a pleasant experience having my baby there. The meals were delicious and the hospital was really clean and family friendly:-). I got a massage after the labor(provided free from the hospital):-) . I had my midwife from Avalon and it was amazing! I wish I did it with my first child two and half years ago.

My niece just had a baby there and she went on and on about the nurses and care she received. There was someone by her side asking if she was okay, showing and explaining what she needed to know as a first time mother. Due to COVID restrictions, family members were not allowed in her room, so thank you to all the doctors and nurses for the great work that you did and continue to do daily. We are full of gratitude and we definitely know that this is an awesome medical facility.

My mom went to the Ripple Breast Center for a biopsy and it was a very pleasant experience. The entire staff was very sweet, comforting and accommodating the entire time. Nurse Rene made sure she was comfortable and well taken care of.

I was a patient in the emergency room one week ago. I would give five stars for the quick and professional care I was under but my three star rating is because of how rough my blood draw went. The nurse (though she seemed really nice) put the needle into my arm and through it as opposed to into my vein. I'm great with needles but it felt extremely painful. She pulled the needle back out and then back in and managed to get it into the vein the second time where it sat until I was discharged. It felt painful and I could barely move my arm while I was there. Fast forward, the area where blood was taken has been in pain and extremely tender to touch or move this past week not to mention how bad the area bruised. I've never bruised this badly before in my life. It is finally starting to ease up today. Let it be noted I am young with veins that present well. My only suggestion is that anyone who is going to be drawing blood go through refreshers. This could have been prevented.

Please keep your family members away from this hospital if they have Covid! They will immediately put them on a ventilator($$$) and the chances of them surviving on the ventilator are very minimal! I just lost my mother at this hospital after 24 days on a ventilator! My mother was a lean healthy 62yr old woman with no medical issues. The doctors never inform you to what’s going on! You have to call them constantly so they can return your phone calls! On top of that they called me saying my mother who was dying on a ventilator “qualified for experimenting drugs on her” as if she’s worthless and can be useful. The Nurses 14 days into her being on the ventilator constantly tried to force me to not try to save my mother!! At least 3 different pathetic nurses! Stay away from here! Best hospital in town ?? Yeah sure maybe donated the most money to get that rating!
