QDOBA Mexican Eats

The only time I went to this Qdoba was on Valentine’s Day a couple years ago when they had the buy one get one free special and the rice was dry and bland, the beans were weirdly crispy, and everything just tasted terrible. If that was my only time I ever had at a Qdoba, I would’ve ranked this 1 star but I’m just assuming the quality of the food was just terrible since they weren’t prepared to serve all the customers with the buy one get one free special they were doing, so I’ll just give them 3 stars.

At the first moment you come to that place the personel give you a good feeling. Very courteous hosts, it is a happy place to pass time with buddies or with your date. tasty meals, talented chef de cuisine, reasonable price and courteous service. Highly recommended.

I give this place 2 stars only because I like the food , my problem is with the staff unfortunately.. no one that works there speaks English Fluently. I went to try and place a order but the the guy working there English was so bad he had to get the manger and hers was no better at all very broken English I have a cousin that has only been here a year that can speak better.. what made things worse for me is I’m actually Hispanic but my Spanish is not good but I definitely understand more then I can speak but anyways as I was trying to place my order with the manger the rest of the staff started insulting and making fun of me for not speaking Spanish .. I just walked out, honestly this is a on going problem my whole life but I expected better out of a establishment like this that I thought was supposed to be held to a higher standard.

new management, new employees better service and quality of food, you can see the change, recommended!
