When you pay $400 for 3 months in a row and go to pay the 4th and final payment to find out you can no longer get access to your account online. Then 1 month later you get a bill from a collection agency demanding the balance! This place has the worse business practice I've ever seen! Never will go here again! ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c

Ive come to Monmouth on several occasions. The hospital is in need of a reno, the ER is weird on Friday and Saturdays, and intake people are not nice. but, once in, the nurses are super nice as is all staff and docs quite good. its true the food is horrible especially when you’re in ICU, and they feed you high fat salty food. grilled chicken salad or turkey with greens should be healthier options. ive had a couple of major procedures here. well done.

never ever had a bad experience here. there’s almost no wait time and everyone is kind and helpful. wish the response time on the call buttons was faster however. pleasant experience i’d never go to jersey shore again.

They make sure to take care of you in every way possible and you'll only leave after you're actually feeling okay.nI felt safer when the doctor came talk to me and explained everything I needed to know giving me every detail I could possibly get.nI was very happy with the experience I had. I live far from this hospital but I would go here before I would ever go back to Jersey shore. I sat in Jersey shores waiting Room for six hours waiting to be seen for a fractured disc in my lower back. They stated they couldn’t get me in any faster so I left and came to Monmouth medical. They had me back and seeing the doctor within the first hour and found out that I needed surgery soon after that. They had me in surgery fast and i was almost 100% when i woke up. Just the pain from the surgery. Back pain gone! The after care they provide is amazing! The staff is very nice all the time. They will actually listen to you and not judge you based on your past. Definitely go here before even attempting to go anywhere else. Fast service for a hospital.
