The Beer Garden at Blu Grotto

Always a fun time here with live music and mini golf next door. Also very good food and service with a smile. I'm starting to know some names of staff and they recognize me, too. And I live in Manhattan. ud83dudc4d

Nice venue but beer garden menu pricey and lacking variety. Bland. No coffee/dessert option.

Was there on Saturday 6/29 to meet up with some friends. The bar was not that busy due to a massive rain storm that came in around 6:00 pm. There were 2 women bartenders working that night that seemed more concerned with chatting with either regulars or just not helping the other guy bartender that was working his butt off. The pizza was excellent, the wait staff was great, but as long as those 2 bartenders are behind the bar, a lot of people are going to be annoyed and possibly not come back. Why work in a service industry when you are completely uninterested in doing your job? I didn't catch the guy bartenders name, but I want to say thanks for keeping my cup full when the other two wouldn't even make eye contact or pay attention to people standing there waiting for a drink.

Need to improve the food, it’s bad. Atmosphere is great but the food ruined it. Bartenders need to change. Could be so much better. Bad management is the only explanation. If I was the owner I would make changes.

Really enjoyable place. Good food and beverages. Good service.
