Your Staff, all the people working there without exception are fantastic! They are friendly, helpful, professional and you can see they really love animals and the people that care for them. I have never experienced such friendliness in a pet store before. We were very impressed and will be back.

The location was clean and organized. The employees had great morale and were knowledgeable. I especially had a good experience because of how helpful Carolann was.

Bill in the fish department is very helpful and is full of aquarium knowledge. He deserves a raise!

You were the only pet store that had small litter pans for kittens. I went on Cheweys, Amazon, WalMart, PetSmart and none had it. The reason i gave a 5 is because PetSmart's prices tend to be more in my $$$ range. Plus, it has a cat adoption room, which I always love to visit. I asked the woman at the register if this particular PetCo was going to get one because I noticed it didn't and she said no. I know of a woman who has a rescue who's trying to have a spot. She used to have her set up at PetValue but they closed down. I'd be more inclined to go to PetCo if it had a cat adoption room.
