I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to speak up so that something might improve at this office. I liked the doctor and the nurses here. However, the woman who I believe is the office manager needs additional training to improve her skills on how to interact with patients and their caregivers. I found her unecessarily rude and curt. She should understand that she is responsible for making patients feel comfortable and respected. She did not do that. Also, the wait time was just unacceptable. I had to wait while staff finished their lunch! Why couldn't they schedule me accordingly! Waited over 2 hours for a procedure that you are already uncomfortably prepping for! Quality of care is all about the entire experience of a health care intervention. This one was poor.

My experience exceeded my expectations. The consultation occurred on schedule with face to face time with the nurse educator and Dr. Brown. The process moved along smoothly. They gave me a packet of information which further explained the procedure and outlined what I needed to do in advance of my colonoscopy. The practice's scheduler called me with a date and answered my questions. On the day of the procedure, the staff including Trina and Cara proved competent, helpful, considerate, respectful, and eager to meet patient needs. If you are in need of gastroenterology related health care services, I recommend this group.

The staff there are wonderful! Cara, Lorraine, all of them are just great. They really help make your time there comfortable. Highly recommend!

Appointment at 1130. Told to be half hour early. 3 hours later then procedure was not even started. The reception area women are rude at best. They think that asking is question is a major annoyance. Not sure what their job is if it is not to answer questions and keep the advocates that are there for the patients informed. Also the price is astronomical. Much higher than insurance is willing to cover. All in all it was not a good experience. I would suggest, highly, going elsewhere.
