Stayed on 3 North overnight. I have to say that the staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone answered all my questions as well as informing me of everything they were doing. The nurses were so polite and very kind. I don’t remember my first nurse”s name but her, Kit, and Angela were the best! The techs also were very gentle, accommodating and helpful.nI also wanted to say that the same day surgery staff were also amazing and made me feel so comfortable before and after my procedure!
Great staff and clean facility. Very attentive doctors and nurses. Had my surgery done by Dr. Fresco and then moved to 3N wing. Everything went so smooth it’s obvious everyone here knows what their are doing and all the steps are tailored to seeing you through with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.
My partner was in the care of the nurses on 3 North. I am very happy with the care and consent positivity they showed towards her while she was recovering. All the nurses were straight forward and knew exactly what to say. All the nurses were great, but Jesebel stood out the most and was a positive light. Thank you also to Dr. Greco who kept me informed and up to date the whole time. I am very happy with the whole staff for bringing comfort to my partner while recovering.nThank you.!
Please know that we, Dr.& Mrs. Randy Gulkis are experiencing unbelievable and excellent care here at Bay Shore. The staff of nurses in the ICU is way above professional, pleasant, courteous and hard working. Their efforts have not gone unnoticed. It is because of your doctors, Dr. Kahn, Dr. Younan, and the rest of his team that he came back to us. It was touch and go there for awhile. We are amazed at what fabulous care my husband has received thus far. We wanted him immediately out of here and transported to Jersey Shore Hospital when he was able to be transported. We have remained because you your surprisingly high levelnof professionalism and expertise.nI would be remiss not to mention the wonderfully attentive and compassionate team of Patient Expetience team headed by Mark. Dee was here the night we came in devastated by the knowledge of the severity of my husband's heart attack. She had such patience, compassion and just a calming manner. She made us calmer in the worst moment of our lives.nYou must be commended on the excellence this facility ans shown.nThanks to everyone who participated in his care. So grateful for the staff in the ER, ICU, and 3 North. They are always professional, kind, and helpful. My husband has been a patient here for 2 weeks and both of us are so happy with the treatment he has received. From the doctors, Nursing staff, PA’s, and patient care techs, and Mark and the rest of the patient experience reps, I was always in the loop and confident my husband was well cared for. They all made one of the most horrible experiences of our life more manageable. If the staff at the rehab facility is even half as good as this group, I won’t have to worry. Thanks again for everything.
