I was having a personal crisis. I am mostly deaf. They let me at there for hours without trying to talk to me. I got up to get a cab because I felt it was hopeless. I needed a cash machine. They said there is one in the nursing station. They sent me down various halls for this non existent machine. And laughed at me. It’s all on tape. Then I went to the front desk. They told me to walk to waldgreens. I had no idea where I was. I ended up in a parking garage in 30 degree weather with a homeless man trying to sell me drugs. I was totally lost. I called 911 and they took me home. Shameful. Lawsuit will follow. I could have been killed.
