Maternity Center at Hackensack Meridian Health Jersey Shore University Medical Center

Since the moment you walk in, everyone is so helpful. There was a long wait for a wheelchair but the staff go out of their way to still make you comfortable. And they will do what they can to help. Everyone is so friendly as well, which makes any medical procedure or issue more at ease. If you have questions about anything, they will stop and inform you with anything/ everything. I recommend going here 100%!

We received our vaccinations at this location and it was a very smooth running operation. There was minimal waiting in between the differentnsteps and the Staff was Very Professional and Courteous at All times.nAll our instructions were made very clear on what to expect and when to return for the second shot. The Best part of the whole experience is that neither myself or Janis had ANY side effects after either shot (Especially the Dreaded Second Shot)!!

All of the doctors and staff are extremely caring and helpful at this practice! They explain everything in detail so you don’t have any confusion or unanswered questions. The staff members make you feel safe and comfortable through out the process. I highly recommend this practice!

I had a major abdominable surgery performed at this hospital and stayed 5 days and was very happy with treatment there. The nurses and staff were the best. I can not say enough about how well I was treated. I was in very rough shape and they nursed me back to health.

Process ran like clockwork. Staff was very friendly and professionally. In and out of the facility in half hour, with a15 minute observation time, just tells you how efficiently things were run. A medical OPERATION OVERLORD in my opinion. Just one more comment about the staff, everyone from the security guard when you entered, to the wonderful “checking in ladies” to the shot nurse to the 15 minute watcher staff were wonderful to be with, so friendly and pleasant answered questions that made people very secure and confident. The process should be turned into a nursing school course on how a great customer/patient interaction should run. It turned, what most people would feel like a negative (getting a shot) to a real positive experience. Thank all of you responsible for getting this 76 year old with many underlying conditions thru this pandemic of ours, Edward H Ahern
