Went in wanting more information about quality dog food. I asked for assistance and Jodie helped me. She was extremely knowledgeable about dogs and nutrients and all kinds of dog food things. I appreciate you Jodie.

Walk in and found they had only a few products for guinea pigs and similar animals plus alot of empty spaces. Where as other stores ive seen a full aisle full of items. Only had about half of the stores lights off and felt very quiet.

I placed my order to pick up in store, but after waiting 2 hrs & not receiving an email confirming my order was ready, I stopped by to follow up. The store had not received my online order due to technical difficulties. However, the store assoc quickly filled my order which was really nice. She was very helpful.
