Chili's Grill & Bar

My husband and I went to Chili’s (No. Brunswick, NJ) for Valentines Day. We arrived early, about 11:10 (opens at 11am). Upon entering there was no one at the podium to greet us. We stood there for a full minute before my husband started shouting “hello” and then walked to the back to find the staff. Just then a party of 3 walked in and asked me “are they open?” It was then that my husband was met by a couple of Chili’s staff members who apologized and proceeded to seat us. We had a WONDERFUL server named Becky, she was AWESOME!! Although she was juggling tables she was still very attentive to us. Becky took our order as instructed (it was printed on the receipt) but the kitchen failed to deliver. My burger was well done instead of medium as I asked and my husband’s buffalo wings were not double sauced instead he got fried chicken with sauce on the side. Speaking of the wings they were ENORMOUS and not in a good way! They looked mutant sized and were kind of soggy. I don’t know what doped up birds these wings came from?! Aside from that I gave this review 4 stars because the restaurant was Covid compliant in every way and our server Becky was OUTSTANDING!!!

Posting this as we are relishing our molten chocolate cake. Though we stopped by very late at 11.15 PM, Edward was super friendly, attentive and prompt in taking care of our order. Delicious cake that perfectly satisfied our sweet craving for the night!

This was my 1st time at Chili's. I ordered take out Chicken Tex Mex bowl. I absolutely enjoyed my meal! The wait wasn't long and the staff were super friendly. Will be back again!

They absolutely have to change the breading or coating on the chicken tenders. Probably the worst I've ever seen. Couldn't even eat them

We are big fans of Chilis but we had the worst experience ever. The chips and salsa smelt of bad oil. We ordered the quesadilla explosion salad which is our favourite and it was the most disappointing salad - the portion was so small it was ridiculous - sure I get it covid times are tough but if I’m paying $12 for a salad, at least the portion should be decent. The salad was missing tortilla chips and when I told the waitress, she said the salad doesn’t have tortilla chips, when clearly it even states on the menu that the salad has tortilla chips! There was literally no cheese on the quesadilla it was like two pan fried tortilla stuck together. Horrible experience!
