Decent service. Bauer prices are way higher than Land's End, but Land's End , also at Rookwood in Cincinnati, was wiping down the counter between each customer. Eddie was not.

Great clothes. Great staff. But I won’t be going back. They have turned social distancing into social insult. No dressing rooms, you can’t try on a coat and there is a table in front of the counter to maintain distance. However, you can return your clothes after taking them home! Utter nonsense. No one else I visited at Rookwood is treating their customers like this.

I’ve always had a great experience here. Even though the fitting rooms are closed (COVID) the staff is friendly and helpful.

They weren’t open even though their hours said they would be. They left a nice sign saying they would be back in 30 minutes. Got there at 2:40 PM and they said they would be back at 3:10. Thanks for the wasted trip.
