These guys (Matt and James and the entire crew) and Holly were awesome. Very knowledgeable and no hidden costs or surprises. In fact, they explained each step of the job clearly for us to understand. It was a fairly large job consisting of removing the old chimney, constructing a new brick chimney, and installing a stainless steel liner and rain cap. These guys went out of their way to make sure the entire job was done to our satisfaction. James dropped off several brick samples ahead of time so we could decide which color of brick we preferred since we wanted a brown colored brick instead of the usual red. Also, he had to drive over 30 miles the next morning to find the right color of shingles that matched our roof to place around the chimney’s flashing. Customer satisfaction GUARANTEED ! We have an older house and have worked with numerous contractors over the years. Honestly, this is my first time ever writing a review. I felt I had to after my experience with Mercer County Chimney Services.

I was completely satisfied with the work performed by Mercer County Chimney. Their team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They worked with my schedule and were extremely accommodating. They removed my chimney and removed every spec of dirt and debris. I would highly recommend them for all your chimney needs. They did an awesome job!!!

Excellent experience & service! From speaking with Holly in the office to James and Matthew answering all my questions. Also have to give kudos to Mike and another worker that I didn’t get his name. A team that works well together to get the job done right. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

We're in the process of purchasing a home and needed a level 2 inspection. Mercer County had availability with a quick, time-sensitive turnaround and provided an incredibly professional and thorough inspection. Matt and Ari were great. Would recommend them for anyone who needs this level of inspection.
